Mr E. Guimbeau (First Member for Curepipe & Midlands) asked the Minister of Housing and Lands whether, in regard to the President’s bungalow located on the Pas Geométriques at Anse La Raie, he will state if the lease has been transferred to a private promoter and, if so, state -

(a) the name of the promoter;

(b) the purpose of the lease, indicating the extent of the land leased; and

(c) the terms and conditions indicating the annual rental and premium to be paid, and

(d) the amount of taxes, fees and levies paid to Government.
